Patients with compromised immune systems sit in the waiting room, exam surfaces are touched by many people in a day, and your practice may be inspected. Our medical program is built around disinfection of patient-contact surfaces, correct product dwell times, and consistent restroom and waiting-area hygiene.

What we clean in a medical facility

• Exam and treatment rooms: exam tables, counters, sinks, cabinet fronts, stools, door handles and light switches cleaned and disinfected with EPA-registered products at labeled dwell time.
• Waiting rooms and reception: seating, armrests, check-in counters, pens and clipboards areas, children's corners, magazines racks, entry glass and floors.
• Restrooms, including patient restrooms and specimen pass-through areas: fixtures, partitions, floors and touchpoints disinfected, consumables restocked.
• Hallways, nurse stations and staff break areas: counters, shared equipment exteriors, floors and trash.
• Floors: hard-surface floors damp mopped with a disinfectant cleaner using clean-water discipline between rooms; carpeted areas vacuumed with filtered equipment.
• Trash and regulated waste: general trash removed and liners replaced. Sharps and biohazard waste stay with your licensed medical waste vendor; we do not handle them.

How the scope is written room by room

A medical or dental office is several different rooms that get used in different ways, so we do not write one frequency for the whole suite. During the walkthrough we list each room type: exam and treatment rooms, the waiting area and reception, patient and staff restrooms, the sterilization or lab area, offices and the breakroom. For each one the scope names the surfaces cleaned, the frequency, and the products and dwell times used, so your practice manager can see exactly what is done in each room and how often. Anything specific to your practice is written into the scope rather than left to the crew to interpret.
