Forklift traffic grinds grit into sealed concrete, dock doors bring in more of it every day, and dust settles on racking, ledges and light fixtures. Our industrial program is built around machine floor scrubbing, dock and threshold control, and keeping the office, restroom and breakroom side of the building to an office standard.

What we clean in a warehouse or plant

• Open floor and aisles: automatic scrubber passes on sealed concrete and epoxy, with pad grade chosen to clean without cutting the sealer. Sweeping of aisles and under-rack edges where the machine cannot reach.
• Dock aprons, thresholds and doorways: the entry points for abrasive grit, serviced at least weekly so it does not migrate across the building.
• Racking, ledges and low-level surfaces: the bottom two feet of racking, fire extinguisher cabinets, electrical panel fronts and ledges dusted on the frequency written into the scope.
• Break areas, locker rooms and restrooms: cleaned and disinfected to an office standard, consumables restocked, floors mopped.
• Front office and shipping/receiving offices: desks, counters, glass, trash and floors.
• Trash and cardboard: general trash removed; baled cardboard and pallet debris handled per your site's process.
