How do you clean a warehouse concrete floor?
With an automatic scrubber, not a mop. A scrubber lifts the concrete fines out in the recovery tank; a mop redistributes them as a film that bonds under forklift traffic. Machine choice depends on open floor area and aisle width, and pad grade is selected to clean without cutting the sealer.
Do you clean racking and dock areas, or only the floor?
Both, when they are named in the scope. Dock aprons and thresholds should be serviced weekly at minimum because that is where abrasive grit enters the building, and the bottom two feet of racking should be named explicitly because it is the most commonly skipped area in a warehouse contract.
